Meaning - Virtuous Thought
Breathing - Uses archer breathing method, moving the left leg first.
Hand - Place your thumbs on the inside of your 3rd (middle) finger, then close the other fingers on both hands.
| 1. | Turn 90° to left, left back stance, knife hand guarding block. |
| 2. | Adjust back foot into left forward stance, inner forward palm block. |
| 3. | Stepping forward execute right front kick, put foot down into right forward stance, forward spear finger strike with elbow supported. |
| 4. | Bring right foot to left, turn 90° to right into right back stance, knife hand guarding block. |
| 5. | Pull right foot back into right cat stance, inner forward palm block. |
| 6. | Execute front kick with right leg, put foot down into right forward stance, forward spear finger strike with elbow supported. |
| 7. | Bring right foot back to centre, turn 90° to right into right back stance, knife hand guarding block. |
| 8. | Adjust back leg (left) to right forward stance, inner forward palm block. |
| 9. | Stepping forward execute left front kick, put foot down into left forward stance, forward spear finger strike with elbow supported. |

| 14. | Execute front kick with right leg, put foot down into right forward stance, forward spear finger strike with elbow supported. |

| 16. | Right turning kick (shout), foot down into horse riding stance, turn 270° to left into left back stance, knife hand guarding block. |
| 17. | Adjust front leg (left) into left forward stance, double choke. |
| 18. | Bring both hands to knee, step forward into right forward stance, double inner strike to kidneys. |
| 19. | Turn 180° to right into right back stance, knife hand guarding block. |
| 20. | Adjust front leg (right) into right forward stance, double choke. |
| 21. | Bring both hands to knee, step forward into left forward stance, double inner strike to kidneys. |
| 22. | Bring left foot back to centre, turn 90° to left into left back stance, knife hand guarding block. |
| 23. | Adjust front foot (left) forward into left forward stance, reverse neck grab. |
| 24. | Bring right hand down and right knee up to strike; put right foot down, stepping forward with left front kick, step into right high section turning kick; put right foot down into right back stance, knife hand guarding block. |
| 25. | Turn 270° to left into left back stance, knife hand guarding block. |
| 26. | Right front kick, step forward into right forward stance, forward target knife hand strike (ridge hand). |
| 27. | Turn 180° to right into right back stance, knife hand guarding block. |
| 28. | Left front kick, step forward into left forward stance, forward target knife hand strike (ridge hand). |
| 29. | Bring left foot to right, turn 90° to left into left back stance, knife hand guarding block, adjust front foot (left) forward into left forward stance, reverse inner knife hand strike. |
